Speedometer Supply Check

  1. Check for 11-13 volts on Black/White wire at instrument panel 18-pin connector. Instrument panel 18-pin connector is located behind instrument panel. See IDENTIFYING SPEEDOMETER CIRCUIT illustration.
  2. If voltmeter reads 11-13 volts at Black/White wire, go to SPEEDOMETER SIGNAL CHECK NO. 1. If voltmeter does not read 11-13 volts at Black/White wire, repair Black/White wire between gauges and fuse panel.
