"O/D" Range Shift Speed
- Warm engine to operating temperature. Place gear selector in "OD". Turn SHIFT MODE switch to NORM position and cruise control off. Drive vehicle. Accelerate at 1/2 throttle followed by acceleration at full throttle. From cruise, accelerate at full throttle (kickdown).
- Observe and record gear shift specifications. Refer to "O/D" RANGE SHIFT SPEED SPECIFICATIONS . If transaxle gear shift is within specification, go to SLIPPAGE CHECK. If transaxle gear shift is not within specification, go to appropriate shift symptom chart. See Figure -Figure .
