Wiper/Washer Switch Test: Probe

  1. Unplug connector from rear wiper switch. With switch in ON position, continuity should exist between terminals for Black/Blue and Black wires. Continuity should not exist with switch in OFF position. Replace switch if continuity is not as specified.
  2. Unplug connector from rear washer switch. With switch in ON position, continuity should exist between terminals for Blue/Yellow and Black wires. Continuity should not exist with switch in OFF position. Replace switch if continuity is not as specified.
