Pinpoint Test B: Service Bay Diagnostics

  1. Entering Auto Test

    See SUSPENSION - REAR ELECTRONIC AIR article in SUSPENSION. After entering auto test, go to next step.

  2. Determining Required Test (Diagnostic Trouble Codes DTC 16, 17 & 18)

    Read and record displayed Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Each code must be serviced individually. If DTC 16, 17 or 18 is displayed, go to PINPOINT TEST C  , step 1). If DTC 16, 17 or 18 is not displayed, go to next step.

  3. Determining Required Test (DTC 74)

    Read and record displayed Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Each code must be serviced individually. If DTC 74 is displayed, go to PINPOINT TEST D  , step 1). If DTC 74 is not displayed, go to next step.

  4. Determining Required Test (Code 55)

    Read and record displayed DTCs. Each code must be serviced individually. If DTC 55 is displayed, go to PINPOINT TEST E  , step 1). If DTC 55 is not displayed, go to next step.

  5. Determining Required Test (DTC 11)

    Read and record displayed DTC. Each code must be serviced individually. If DTC 11 is displayed, refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE & FLOW TEST  under TESTING. If DTC 11 is not displayed, go to next step.

  6. Determining Required Test (All Other DTCs)

    Read and record displayed DTC. Each code must be serviced individually. If DTCs other than 11, 16, 17, 18, 55 and 74 are displayed, refer to SUSPENSION - REAR ELECTRONIC AIR article in the SUSPENSION section. If DTCs 11, 16, 17, 18, 55 and/or 74 are not displayed, go to PINPOINT TEST C, step 1).
