Test G - Alarm Light Does Not Operate
- Connect a jumper wire between ground and pin No. 15 of control module. If light turns on, go to next step. If light does not turn on, check Dark Blue/Light Green wire for open and repair. Retest system.
- Using a voltmeter, check voltage at control module pin No. 1. If voltage is more than 9 volts, go to next step. If voltage is less than 9 volts, check fuse and/or Black/White wire and retest system.
- Check voltage at control module pin No. 4. If voltage is less than 9 volts, go to next step. If voltage is more than 9 volts, check for short in White/Purple wire and retest system.
- Open any door. Activate electric door lock switch. If warning light flashes, then glows steadily, system is okay. If light does not flash or glow steadily, replace control module and retest system.
