Wiper Motor Current Test

- Disengage pivot arm from wiper motor. Unplug connector from wiper motor. See Fig 1 . Connect jumper wire from Yellow/Red wire terminal of motor to ground.
- Connect ammeter between positive battery terminal and White wire terminal of motor. Measure high speed current. Disconnect ammeter from White wire terminal, and connect it to Dark Blue/Orange wire terminal of motor. Measure low speed current. In both low and high speed tests, current should not exceed 3.0 amps.
