Symptom Checks

Check the following items:

Turn all accessories, A/C and defroster off. Check if radiator cooling fan runs continuously.
Perform QUICK TEST. See the TESTS W/CODES - EEC-IV article. If code is present, use appropriate CIRCUIT TEST.
Check cooling system operation.
Check temperature gauge and sender.
If cooling fan is always on and no codes are present, verify results of SELF-TEST.
