Triggering System

Alarm will be activated when any of the following actions occur with alarm armed:

• Any door is opened without first using key, keyless entry code or remote transmitter.
• Trunk/liftgate lid lock cylinder is removed.
• Hood is opened.
• Ignition switch is tampered with.

Within 2-4 minutes, horns and lights will shut off automatically. System will then reset to an armed state and will trigger again if another intrusion occurs. Vehicle starting system will remain disabled until system is disarmed.
