Red Light Check

Turn ignition switch to START position. Red light should be on. If Red light is not on, go to TEST B - RED LIGHT OFF, DOES NOT SELF-CHECK under PRECHECK TESTS  . Allow ignition switch to return to RUN position. Red light should turn off. If Red light does not turn off, check parking brake switch. Repair/replace switch as necessary. If Red light remains on and parking brake switch is functioning properly, go to TEST E - RED LIGHT ON, IGNITION SWITCH IN RUN POSITION under PRECHECK TESTS
