Hood Switch

Unplug ATCM, located inside glove compartment. Measure resistance between terminals No. 5 (Brown/White wire) and No. 26 (Black/White wire) of harness connector. See Figure . Resistance should be more than 25 k/ohms with hood closed, and less than 200 ohms with hood open. If resistance is not as specified, replace hood switch and/or repair Black or Brown/White wires.
