Master Cylinder: Installation

Position master cylinder onto mounting studs. Tighten master cylinder-to-booster retaining nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect brakelines. Tighten master cylinder fittings to specification. Fill reservoir with DOT 3 brake fluid. Bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM . Operate brake several times. Check for leaks.
