Control Switch
- Unplug connector from control switch. Ground control switch pin No. 4. Connect jumper wire between control switch pins No. 2 and 3. See Figure. Connect test light between pin No. 1 and ground.
- Using a fused jumper wire, connect battery voltage to pin No. 2. Test light should not come on. Connect battery voltage to pin No. 5. Rear window symbol on switch should come on.
- Momentarily press rocker switch. Indicator should come on and stay on after rocker switch returns to normal position.
- Indicator should go off only if rocker switch is pressed again, jumper wire is removed from between pins No. 2 and 3, or approximately 10 minutes have elapsed. Replace control switch if test results are not as specified.
