Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect positive battery cable. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM . Remove steering column shroud screws. Separate upper and lower shroud. Remove ignition lock cylinder light from lower shroud. Remove upper and lower shroud.
- Disconnect ignition switch electrical connector. Remove ignition switch screw. Remove ignition switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
