Pinpoint Tests

Before performing any tests on anti-theft system, check the following items to eliminate common problems. Correct any obvious defects before proceeding.
- Hood/liftgate properly aligned.
- Door locks not binding.
- Fuses are okay.
- Loose or corroded connections.
- Damaged wiring.
- Damaged control module.
- Horn, headlights, hazard flashers, interior lights, power door locks, and remote entry systems are okay.
