Supplemental Inflatable Restraint System: Adjustments: CLOCKSPRING

If clockspring has been rotated, clockspring alignment must be adjusted. To adjust clockspring, ensure front wheels are in straight ahead position. Rotate clockspring clockwise until it stops. Rotate clockspring counterclockwise 2 3/4 turns. Align marks on clockspring with marks on outer housing. Clockspring is now adjusted properly.
