Off Switch Inoperative

Disconnect speed control servo connector. With speed control actuator OFF switch pressed, measure resistance between terminals No. 5 (Light Blue/Black wire) and No. 6 (Tan/Orange wire) of speed control servo connector while rotating steering wheel through full range. If resistance is less than 4 ohms, replace speed control servo. If resistance is greater than 4 ohms, replace speed control actuator switch.
