Test J: Speed Control Indicator Inoperative

NOTE:
After making any repairs, retest system for proper operation.
Disconnect speed control servo/actuator harness connector C122. Speed control servo/actuator is located in left side of engine compartment. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect a 10-amp fused jumper wire between ground and speed control servo/actuator harness connector C122 terminal No. 1 (Orange/Light Blue wire). See Figure. Observe speed control indicator. If speed control indicator illuminates, replace speed control servo/actuator. See SPEED CONTROL SERVO/ACTUATOR under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
