Test E: No Dynamic Pull Occurs/Speed Control Inoperative (Expedition)

- Check speed control cable for attachment at speed control servo and throttle body. If cable is attached properly, go to next step. If cable is not attached properly, reconnect cable and retest.
- Check speed control cable for binding or sticking. If cable is not binding or sticking, replace speed control servo. See SPEED CONTROL SERVO under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If cable is binding or sticking, replace speed control cable. See SPEED CONTROL CABLE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
