Inspection & Verification

  1. Verify the customer concern by operating the speed control system.
  2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.
    VISUAL INSPECTION

    Mechanical Electrical
    • Speed Control Cable
    • Speed Control Cable Not Attached To The Throttle Or Misadjusted
    • Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse:
      • 9 (7.5A)
      • 10 (7.5A)
      • 13 (20A)
    • Wiring
    • Loose, Corroded Or Dirty Connections
    • Speed Control Switches
  3. If the fault is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to SELF-TEST DIAGNOSTICS .
