⁽¹⁾	Using NGS tester, perform instrument cluster self-test. If DTCs are recorded, perform appropriate test in accordance with DTC retrieved. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DTC INDEX table under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If no DTCs are recorded, check for other possible no-start causes.

Clear stored DTCs, cycle ignition switch from OFF to RUN position. Retrieve continuous DTCs. If DTCs are recorded, perform appropriate test in accordance with DTC retrieved. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DTC INDEX table under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If no DTCs are recorded, check for other possible no-start causes.
