Measure battery voltage. If voltage is more than 10 volts, see appropriate MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair starting and charging system as needed, then return to SYSTEM PRE-CHECK  . See appropriate GENERATORS article in STARTING & CHARGING SYSTEMS.
