Test E: Speed Control Switch Inoperative

Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect speed control actuator 10-pin harness connector C122. Measure resistance between speed control actuator harness connector C122 terminals No. 5 (Light Blue/Black wire) and No. 6 (Dark Green/Orange wire) while depressing speed control switch in specified positions. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCH RESISTANCE  table. If speed control switch resistance values are as specified, replace speed control actuator. See SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If speed control switch resistance values are not as specified, replace speed control switch. See SPEED CONTROL SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
