⁽¹⁾	Testing for vehicles that starter relay is control by powertrain control module is not available from manufacturer. This test procedure only applies to vehicles that starter relay is control by passive anti-theft system module.

⁽²⁾	Perform VOLTAGE DROP TEST under ON-VEHICLE TESTING.

⁽³⁾	Inspect starter motor mounting. Inspect flywheel ring gear and starter motor gear for damaged and missing teeth. Repair or replace components as necessary.
