Transmission Range Sensor
Disconnect TR sensor harness connector. Using ohmmeter, measure resistance between specified terminals (component side) in specified gear ranges. See TR SENSOR RESISTANCE table. See Fig 1 . If resistances are as specified, TR sensor is okay. If resistances are not as specified, replace TR sensor and retest system operation.
