Speed Control Actuator Cable

NOTE: Ensure throttle lever and brackets are free of damage prior to replacement of speed control cable. Speed control cable is not adjustable. If slack on new cable is more than 7/32" (6 mm), check for bent or broken throttle lever or brackets. After installation of speed control cable, ensure speed control cable does not interfere with throttle travel.

Remove speed control servo/actuator. See SPEED CONTROL SERVO/ACTUATOR . Remove speed control actuator cable from throttle lever and squeeze speed control cable housing locking tabs and remove from bracket. To install, reverse removal procedure.
