Front Seat Backrest: Installation

  1. Position the backrest on the lower seat frame. Install the rear recliner spacer and retainer bolt.

  2. Install the seat backrest pivot bolt. Attach the side air bag module electrical harness to the frame.

  3. Install the front recliner spacer and retainer bolt.

  4. Attach the side air bag connector to the seat frame. Attach the electrical harness to the seat frame as noted during removal.

  5. Install the front seat cushion. For additional information, refer to FRONT SEAT CUSHION .
  6. Install the front seat and reactivate the SRS. For additional information, refer to FRONT SEAT .
