Front Seat: Installation

  1. While positioning the seat in the vehicle, connect the seat electrical connectors.

  2. Install the two front seat mounting bolts.

  3. Reactivate the SRS. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Deactivating and Activating in AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .
  4. Move the seat forward.
  5. Install the two rear seat mounting bolts.

  6. Position the safety belt back into the seat guide.
    • Make sure the safety belt is not twisted after installation.

  7. Check the active restraint system for correct operation. .
