Removal & Installation
- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- On vehicles with dual batteries, see DUAL BATTERIES under MISCELLANEOUS. Remove left battery.
- Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connectors. Remove PCM mounting bolts and remove PCM. See Fig 1.
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
- Tighten PCM mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
