Heater Core Backflushing: Material

1. Partially drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
NOTE: Refer to the cooling system manufacturer's operating instructions for particular vehicle hook-up.
2. Using an appropriate cooling system flusher, backflush the heater core. Use Ford Premium Cooling System Flush.
3. Fill the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
