Crankshaft Pulley: Removal

Remove the accessory drive belt (8620). For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
Remove the RH front wheel (1007).
Remove the splash shield.
- Remove the pin-type retainers.

Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.

Disconnect the anti-lock brake wheel sensor connector.

Position a safety stand under the front subframe.

Lower the front subframe 50.8 mm (2 inches).
- Remove the bolts.
- Lower the subframe.

Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft damper and pulley assembly (6316).
