Exhaust Manifold-LH: Removal

  1. Remove the three-way catalytic converter (5F250). For additional information, refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM .
  2. Remove the oil level indicator tube (6754). For additional information, refer to OIL LEVEL INDICATOR AND TUBE .
  3. Disconnect the EGR tube (9D477).
    • Loosen the nut.
    • Separate the tube.

  4. Remove the exhaust manifold (9431).
    1. Disconnect the spark plug wires.
    2. Remove the nuts.
    3. Remove the exhaust manifold.
