Catalytic Converter: Installation

NOTE: Inspect the three way catalytic converter for cracked joints, broken welds and corrosive damage that could result in exhaust system leaks. If necessary, replace the three way catalytic converter.
NOTE: Use a new exhaust converter inlet gasket between the three way catalyst and exhaust manifold.
NOTE: Use a new exhaust converter outlet gasket between the three way catalyst and the muffler inlet pipe.
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
