Removal & Installation
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Disconnect electrical connectors from ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor. Squeeze the locking tabs and twist while pulling upward to disconnect the spark plug wires. Remove the ignition coil bolts, and remove the ignition coil and radio ignition interference capacitor. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply dielectric compound to all the ignition wire boots.
