WARNING:
Operating a vehicle with improperly centered clockspring may damage clockspring, and in the event of collision, cause air bag deployment malfunction. Personal injury may result. If clockspring rotor has moved or unsure of rotor position, perform clockspring centering procedure. See CLOCKSPRING CENTERING
under ADJUSTMENTS.
CAUTION:
A sudden impact to steering column could damage bearing or collapse steering column. Permanent damage to steering column may result. When removing steering wheel, do not use a knock-off type steering wheel puller, or strike steering wheel or shaft with a hammer.
