With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to GENERAL INFORMATION .

To remove individual exhaust components, only carry out the listed steps.

Converter Assembly	1-10

Remove the components in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Check and, if necessary, align the exhaust system.
