Crankshaft Pulley: Installation

    NOTE: Apply a bead of sealant to the keyway in the crankshaft pulley.

  1. Using the special tool, install the crankshaft pulley.
  2. Install the crankshaft pulley washer and the bolt.
    • Tighten to 160 Nm (118 lb-ft).
  3. Raise the subframe into position, then install the bolts.
    • Tighten to 175 Nm (127 lb-ft).

  4. Connect the RH front anti-lock brake wheel sensor electrical connector.

  5. Install the shield and the 2 pin-type retainers.
  6. Install the accessory drive belt. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .
