Removal and Installation
- Remove the hydraulic control unit (HCU) assembly. For additional information, refer to HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT (HCU) in this article.
- Disconnect the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module electrical connector.
- Remove the 6 ABS module-to-HCU screws.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
- Separate the ABS module from the HCU.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
