Disassembly And Assembly

  1. Remove the plenum chamber. For additional information, refer to Plenum Chamber .
  2. Remove the 2 screws and the plenum demister adapter.

  3. Remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.
    1. Disconnect the vacuum hose.
    2. Remove the 2 screws.
    3. Rotate and remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.

  4. Cut the snap-loops around the housing flange of the plenum chamber.

  5. Remove the 3 screws. Separate the plenum chamber.
  6. While depressing the tab, remove the panel/floor door and lever.

  7. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
