Functional Components

The functional components of the audio system (and their locations) are as follows:

• Audio Control Module (ACM)
• Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM), located under the floor console
• Audio Digital Signal Processing (DSP) module (THX® sound), located behind the RH rear quarter panel
• Audio amplifier (Premium or THX®), located behind the RH rear quarter panel
• Global Positioning System Module (GPSM), located behind the instrument panel
• Speakers (see AUDIO LINE-UP  for locations)
• AM/FM antenna, located at front of roof
• Satellite radio antenna, located at the center of trunk lid spoiler
• Combination Global Positioning System (GPS)/satellite radio antenna (vehicles with navigation), located at the center of trunk lid spoiler
• AM/FM antenna cable
• Satellite radio antenna cable
• Steering wheel controls
• Universal Serial Bus (USB) port and cable (if equipped)
• Audio input jack
• Clockspring
• Auto-dimming interior mirror (contains the microphone)
