Engine Code

The eighth VIN  position is the engine displacement and number of cylinders code.

• V - 4.6L electronic fuel injection, SOHC, 8-cylinder, flex fuel
• W - 4.6L electronic fuel injection, SOHC, 8-cylinder, gasoline
