Steering Column Shroud: Removal
- Remove the 2 screws and the steering column cover trim panel.
- Position the steering column in the full downward and rearward position.
- Separate the IPC opening trim clips from the upper steering column shroud.
- Pull upward on the rearward portion of the upper steering column shroud to separate the clips from the lower steering column shroud.
- Roll the upper steering column shroud upward on the hinge point and then pull straight rearward to remove the upper shroud.
- Release the steering column locking lever.
- Remove the 3 screws and the lower steering column shroud.
