DTC P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

DTC P0141: O2 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT (BANK 1 SENSOR 2)

Description:  This DTC sets when an open or short is detected or the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) current draw exceeds a calibrated limit.
Possible Causes: 
  • HTR12 circuit open
  • HTR12 circuit short to voltage
  • VPWR circuit open
  • Low battery voltage
  • Water in the harness connector
  • Corrosion
  • Incorrect connections
  • Damaged HO2S
Diagnostic Aids:  Inspect the connectors for signs of damage, water ingress, or corrosion.
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to PINPOINT TEST DW .
