Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU): Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
If a new Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module was installed, download the module configuration information from the scan tool. Refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION .
If a new Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) module and/or a new HCU was installed, carry out the IVD Initialization sequence following the scan tool directions.
Bleed the brake system. For additional information, refer to BRAKE SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION .
