Audio Unit Antenna Cable: Removal

NOTE: The original equipment AM/FM/Satellite radio antenna cable(s) are part of the wiring harness and cannot be removed. This procedure refers to replacement of the cable(s) only by overlaying the cable(s).

Upper AM/FM/satellite radio antenna cable

Carefully lower the rear of the headliner.
Refer to: HEADLINER - LOWERING .
NOTE: Satellite radio cable(s) shown, non satellite radio cable similar.

Disconnect the antenna cable(s) at the antenna.
Disconnect the upper-to-lower antenna cable(s) at the lower LH cowl.

Lower AM/FM/satellite radio antenna cable
Remove the ACM .
Refer to: AUDIO FRONT CONTROL MODULE (ACM) .
Disconnect the upper-to-lower antenna cable(s) at the lower LH cowl.
