Side Obstacle Detection (SOD) Module: Installation

- Install the SOD-L
or SOD-R
.
- Install the SOD-L
or SOD-R
bolt.
- Tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the SOD-L
or SOD-R
bolt.
- Install the rear bumper cover. REFER to BUMPER COVER - REAR .
- If installing a new module, download the module configuration information from the scan tool to the new SOD-L or SOD-R by following the scan tool on screen instructions.
