Receiver Drier: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- 1.
Recover the refrigerant. REFER to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging
- 2.
With the vehicle in N, position it on a hoist. REFER to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview
- 3.
If equipped.
- Remove the retainers and the shield plate.

Remove the retainers and the engine undershield.

- 5.
Remove the retainers, the bolts and the radiator undershield.

- 6.
Remove the bolts and position aside the front lower crossmember.Torque
: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Remove the receiver drier plug and the receiver drier element.
