Sliding Door Alignment

Inspection

NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.

Check sliding door to body dimensions. Refer to: Body and Frame .

All alignments

2.

Remove the bolts and the striker assembly.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

Sliding door, upper roller alignments.

3.

Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the sliding door.
Torque: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)

Adjust the sliding door to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame .

Sliding door, center roller alignments.

5.

Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the sliding door.
Torque: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)
