Climate Control Housing: Installation

  1. 1.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install new O-ring seals.

    Material: Motorcraft ® PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil / YN-12-D (WSH-M1C231-B)

  1. 3.

    Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. Refer to: Refrigerant Oil Adding .

  1. 4.

    Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to filling and bleeding without a vacuum cooling system filler. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding - 3.5L .
