Front Seat Backrest: Installation

  To install, reverse the removal procedure

    Install retainer and hand tighten clockwise 4 turns.

  • 2.
    
    Install retainer and hand tighten clockwise 4 turns.

  • 3.
    
    Install retainer and hand tighten clockwise 4 turns.

  • 4.
    
    Install retainer and hand tighten clockwise 4 turns.

    Tighten the bolt.

    Torque:

    33 lb.ft (45 Nm)

  • 2.
    
    Tighten the bolt.

    Torque:

    33 lb.ft (45 Nm)

    Tighten the bolt.

    Torque:

    33 lb.ft (45 Nm)

  • 4.
    
    Tighten the bolt.

    Torque:

    33 lb.ft (45 Nm)

  NOTE: Before installing the height adjust handle, check that the cap is positioned correctly.

  Install the height adjust handle.

  Install the front seat. REFER to: Front Seat 

Driver seat with memory

  NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new backrest frame.

  Calibrate the driver seat hard stops using a scan tool.
