Liftgate Alignment: Inspection

All alignments
Open the liftgate.

If equipped.
1. Slide the package cover to the side to release from the loadspace trim panel.
2. Lift up on the package cover to disconnect from the loadspace trim panel.
3. Remove the package cover.

Remove the luggage compartment floor covering.

If equipped.
1. Remove the pin-type retainers.
2. If equipped. Disconnect the DSP electrical connectors and remove the storage compartments.

Position aside the lower liftgate weatherstrip.

1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the pin-type retainers and release the clips.
3. Remove the liftgate scuffplate trim panel.

Remove the bolts and the liftgate striker.
